Compliance training built in Storyline can actually change behavior when it’s built around decisions instead of definitions. We design scenario-based compliance courses where the right answer requires judgment, and where a wrong answer teaches something on its way to the correction.

Yes, and it takes deliberate work: managed focus order, alt text on meaningful visuals, closed captions, keyboard-navigable interactions, and contrast that passes WCAG. If accessibility is a requirement, say so at scoping. Retrofitting it after the build costs far more than designing for it.
