After moving to a new computer-based timeclock system, our client realized that precious time resources were going to waste because users didn’t know how to properly use the new system. Shift times were off, and extra/incorrect time entry meant payment errors. They needed a way to get everyone onboard with the new system.
ThinkingKap created a fun course with quick video insights that outlined correct use of the system while highlighting its tools and features. It also presented learners with brief refreshers whenever they needed to utilize infrequently used features.
The time reporting errors of the past were virtually eliminated—and the whole workforce got the training they needed in a short amount of time. The client saved both time and money that had been lost as a product of the new system before the training.
